Along with being a wife, mother and grandmother, Annamaria, is a Certified Professional Coach in Energy Leadership, an Associate Certified Coach with ICF, a Certified Human Resources Leader and a Mental Fitness Coach.

After a successful 30+ year career in Human Resources I wanted to pursue my passion to start a life coaching practice. As an HR professional, what I enjoyed the most was coaching employees and managers so that they were empowered to perform to the best of their abilities.

I started coaching when I realized I wanted to make an even more profound impact on people's lives. Now, I help my clients thrive in their careers by holding space for them so they can make conscious choices and achieve their goals.
