In this episode we discuss  the topic of worry, what is worry, the triggers that lead to worry and how to break the worry cycle. We also discuss some exercises that you can implement right away that will help break the worry cycle.  Much of our discussion is gleaned from a course delivered by Dr. James Garrett of Brain by Design, https://www.brainbydesign.com. We are both very  fascinated by Dr. Garrett's work and his research on neuroplasticity.
