Trauma and Resilience Life Coach
Melanie combines life experience, recovery mentoring, coach training, and neurophysiology to allow her to coach and train a broad range of people, specializing in those who have suffered, or are suffering from, stress and trauma. Melanie is passionate about helping people discover the strength that they don’t realize they have. When people are suffering from stress and trauma, it leaves them feeling weak and powerless. When they don’t realize what their brain is doing to try to help them survive, they feel disjointed, and emotionally and mentally overwhelmed. They often feel like they don’t have the competencies needed to keep going and live a life full of power and joy.
Melanie believes the fact that they have endured such suffering shows what a strong person they are and helps them discover the capabilities and tools they didn’t know they had already been using. She helps them put those to use in a more conscious way to keep moving forward out of the pain and into productive, meaningful, joyful lives.
