I am foremost a wife, mother and grandmother. I am also a Certified Human Resources Leader and an Associate Certified Coach with ICF.
With a successful 30+ year career in Human Resources I pursued my passion to become a certified coach. As an HR professional, what I enjoy the most is coaching employees and managers so that they are empowered to perform to the best of their abilities.
I am passionate about making an impact on people's lives and helping clients thrive in their careers by holding space for them so they can make conscious choices and achieve their goals.
